  • What type of Food does Nationwide cater offer? Nationwide Cater offers a wide variety of food through multiple restaurants and caterers. We work with your favorite local restaurants and caterers. Our order minimums or requirements are depends on what the respective caterers specify. If you have a caterer you' d like to see added to our network, email us at support@nwcater.com
  • Is there any extra charge ordering through Nationwide Cater ? No, it is free.
  • How does the pricing compare to ordering directly from the restaurant? There is no difference. We offer the same menu prices as if you went directly to the restaurant, no hidden markups or confusion about tax, tips or delivery fees. It's that simple! And for the unlike event of you finding a discrepancy, just let us know and we will happily refund the difference.
  • If there is no cost to the service, how does Nationwide Cater make their money? Nationwide Cater gets paid by caterers in exchange for promoting and driving business to them.
  • Does Nationwide Cater have a satisfaction guarantee? Yes! For all orders placed through Nationwide Cater, satisfaction is guaranteed. If you 're ever not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right. Our customer service is here to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
  • How much in advance can I place an order? You can place an order days, weeks or months prior to your event. We stay on top of all future orders.
  • I'd like to pick up my order. Can I do that? Absolutely! Most of our caterers deliver. If you prefer to pick up the food yourself, simply set your order as a takeout order.
  • Can I include a tip while placing the order online? We recommend it unless the distance is very short or the delivery fee is already large. Simply enter the amount or a suggested tip when you finalize payment on the order. There is no need for petty cash to tip the delivery person when they arrive.
  • What if I have multiple delivery locations? No problem! You can select a different delivery location for each order. For your convenience, we will store all of your delivery locations for even faster ordering on future orders.
  • Can you accommodate special requests? Absolutely! You can add special instruction to every order and even specific menu items within that order, or just call us at 1800-804-9506.
  • What if I need to change my order? Nationwide Cater's support team works hard to ensure your satisfaction with every order. You can make changes directly online. Each caterer sets their own cut off time for online modifications. If you can't make the change online, contact us via calling 1-800-804-9506 or via e-mail support@nwcater.com.
  • Is there a fee for cancelling an order? There is no cancellation fee. However, since our restaurants and caterers have to plan ahead to fulfill your order, there might be a cost depending on the time of your cancellations. Our customer care team will work with you and the restaurant to handle each situation on a case-by-case basis.The earlier you cancel your order, the easier it will be. The closer to the event, the more likely there are already costs incurred. Again we will work hard on your behalf.
  • Will I have access to my past and future orders? Absolutely! Log in to your Nationwide Cater account and you can see your past and scheduled (future) orders. You can also print your receipts for any date range.
  • Can I repeat my favorite orders? Yes. Our system stores all your previous orders, allowing you to create an exact duplicate, or modify the details for the new event.
  • Can I get a receipt for an old order? Of course! Just log in to your Nationwide Cater account and go to your orders. You will be able to print all your receipts from there.
  • What credit cards does Nationwide Cater accept? We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • What is your security policy? Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure sockets layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.   • What is your refund policy? As we are the broker of the catering transaction between the client and the restaurant/caterer, we default to the catering partner's refund policy. However, we will always work diligently to resolve all issues to your satisfaction as a part of our value-added service.
  • How can I change my account information? Simply log into your Nationwide cater account. You can change any of your information on your profile page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 1-800-804-9506.
  • How do I track my expenses? Very simple. We email you a detail receipt after you complete an order, and store your receipts online on your receipts page. This way, you can't ever lose a receipt.
